April 1, 2021 – Los Angeles, CA – Bowling Green FC's Fahrudin Dervisevic has been selected UPSL National Player of the Week.

Born in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Dervisevic scored three goals in a 4-2 victory in a UPSL 2021 Spring Season Mid-South Division game on Friday, March 26, 2021. Dervisevic played 90 minutes as Bowling Green FC (1-0-0 overall) won in its UPSL debut.

A graduate of Bowling Green, KY's South Warren High School, Dervisevic previously played for Bowling Green's SKY FC and Louisville, KY's Rovers FC. 

The UPSL National Player of the Week is selected each week of the regular season by members of the league and journalists covering the UPSL, and decided by the fans via Twitter poll.
