Glynn joins the UPSL while concurrently serving in his role as President and Director for Bell County FC.

United Premier Soccer League Commissioner Yan Skwara said, "We are excited to welcome Chris to the UPSL Conference Management Team. His experience at the Pro Development level is an asset to the league, and his administrative abilities really put him in a position to help the Heart Division moving forward."

A native of Killeen, TX, Glynn played for FC Knights in the Texas Premier Soccer League (TPSL) and in the UPSL before co-founding Bell County FC in 2019.

"I am very excited for the opportunity to help guide the UPSL in Central Texas. The Central Conference has grown at a fantastic pace and continues to show potential moving forward," Glynn said. "I think the Heart Division provides a platform for a lot of awesome clubs in Austin and the surrounding areas, and the UPSL's international strength is helping pave the way for a lot of players to compete at the next level."

Glynn will focus on strengthening the UPSL's structure in Central Texas and developing connections in UPSL member club communities.

"I love working with the teams from an administrative standpoint, we have a great rapport, and I know I'm helping to provide stability," Glynn said. "I believe the Heart Division has some of the most exciting and competitive teams in the UPSL and I'm thrilled to be in a position to be the league's representative on their behalf."

Glynn is currently studying for his Ph.D. in History from Liberty University. He is a middle school history teacher, and a boys soccer and cross country coach. He holds a USSF 'D' Coaching License.
