November 19, 2020 – Los Angeles, CA – Northern Virginia United FC midfielder Samuel Solomon and Palm Beach Breakers forward Ashley Morrissey have been selected UPSL National Co-Players of the Week.

A native of Texarkana, TX, Solomon scored three goals in a 4-1 victory in a UPSL 2020 Fall Season Beltway Division I game on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020. Solomon played 90 minutes as Northern Virginia United FC (7-2-1 overall) secured its fourth consecutive win. Solomon has six goals and two assists this season, and currently attends University of Maryland, Baltimore County (NCAA).

A native of Harrow, UK, Morrissey had three goals and two assists in a 6-4 victory in a UPSL 2020 Fall Season Florida Treasure Coast Division II game on Sunday, Nov. 15, 2020. Morrissey played 90 minutes as Palm Palm Breakers (1-1-2) won its first game of the season. Morrissey previously played for Berkhamsted FC in Hertfordshire, England.

The UPSL National Player of the Week is selected each week of the regular season by members of the league and journalists covering the UPSL, and decided by the fans via Twitter poll.
